Beware...their insurance is cancelled for ruining our things. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Bait and switch on the pricing quote, showed up 3days late, terrible customer service all the way around. I received someone else's items and have my items missing. NO response by phone or email from company and they have ruined and stolen our things.

I am just not a fan of relocations. They are always unpredictable and the moving companies don’t really help. But that perception changed when I hired Alpha & omega moving & storage. This company is just so good. I know a lot people say that but I really mean it. They did everything right. They showed up on time, boxed everything properly and delivered on time. The movers were all such strong men. It is a hard job but they didn’t seem to slow down at all. Their energy was almost infectious. It won’t be fair if I don’t mention the price. The final number came slightly over the quote but the initial estimate was very low. I’m really not scared of moving anymore.

I didn’t know much about Alpha & omega moving & storage. A friend of mine had previously hired them and he was raving about the company. So I had to hire them to move my belongings. I called them and it was really easy to book a slot. The movers arrived right on time and they were hardcore professionals. They efficiently packed up my 3-bedroom apartment in just 2 hours. I am a lazy person. So it’s always a shock seeing how fast and efficiently people can work. They made the delivery on time and all my stuffs made it intact. This company is the real deal!

LYING THIEVES will quote you one price, load your items, then add at least $1000 on afterwards. They will refuse to unload your items, hold them hostage and charge you for any and everything they can . They will not unload your items or let you leave things behind until they have a cashiers check in hand. They will claim to charge you for labor still and storage if you say you do not want to use them after they lie about the estimate and load your items into their truck. DO NOT USE. I have moved 9 times in the last 9 years and have NEVER encountered worse movers, liars, and thieves in my life. On top of that, they brought back a coffee table that looked very similar to ours, but in fact was the wrong item. They swapped it out for a larger, very scuffed up table. We also never received a few boxes including one that had classic, valuable records that were my grandfathers. They charge $75 for an elevator, for EACH 8-10 steps, for carrying an item from the truck to the door of your place if it is supposedly over 75 ft. It is insanity how this company is still running and able to get away with what they do. Read the other true, bad reviews and DO NOT USE THEM. I am reporting them to the Federal Motor Safety Carrier Administration and anyone else I can.

I come from very humble backgrounds. Hence, my valuables mean so much to me. I was worried sick for them when I had to move. But to be honest, when I had Alpha & omega moving handling it, I really had nothing to worry about. They were amazing throughout the way. They showed up on time, packed everything quickly and then loaded them to the van. They were extra careful while packing my breakables. The delivery was made on time as well. Absolutely every piece was unharmed. It happens quite rarely that a moving company doesn’t break anything! These men were the definition of efficiency!
