Great experience with everyone at Team Blair. We originally were going to list our house back in September of 2022. Right as we were going to go "live" our situation changed and we decided not to sell. Matt and the team were supportive and said "keep us in mind if you decide to list down the road". Fast forward to January of 2023 and once again things changed and we decided we needed to sell the house. We reach out to the Team Blair team and we are so thankful we did. They made everything easy - especially since this was a 2nd home for us and we live out of town. Would recommned them to anyone looking to buy or sell. They also helped us purchase the home a few years back.

Renee McArdle is a truly exceptional real estate agent. I met her at an open house we were looking at just for fun and liked her so much I called her a few months later when we were actually looking to buy. Just after I talked to her, just within a few hours she had a full list of properties to look at. Renee has a very warm, welcoming personality and is highly knowledgeable about the Tahoe area. Within just a few days we were looking at properties. We were super impressed with how prepared she was when we came to view the properties. Ahead of time, she had viewed the properties and noted the pros and cons of each. She even created videos for us. It was a huge bonus how she helped us think about stand out features and how to improve the property we chose down to even light fixtures. When it was time to make an offer, she helped us with every step. She was highly professional with their agent and when we went back and forth in negotiations, she was patient and certainly knew the ins and outs of getting a good deal.
