        Called asked for a truck, never said what time or what type and he said we are sold out. Worst service experience within 15 seconds of a call.

        Budget Truck Rental is the worst truck rental service out there. Our truck had a flat tire, and at request of Budget we were told to drive 200 miles out of the way to pick up a new truck but the location was an airport who doesnt not handle rental trucks. It then took them another 16 hours until they finally completed the rental. Adrian in customer service, badge number 32537 is now refusing to speak about the rental to me and also refused to transfer me to another supervisor or file a complaint. Furthermore the tow truck driver who had to tow our truck 200 miles out the way is being denied payment by the company as well.Absolutely the worst rental company you can imagine, and I highly recommend using any other company! They have have now tried charging us an additional 239 dollars and will not refund our money either. Please do not use this terrible company.
