      image I booked the truck four days before we left for Florida. My husband was the one who picked up the 16 white Penske truck with an Indiana license plate. The truck was inspected only the body was but never check if the engine was good. We had a problem while we were driving from Temecula to Houston!!!
      And they charge us for the hsnd dolly which we dont even have one inside the truck, called them they said you dont order one but We got the receipt and they did charge us $ 20. Poor customer service and now the truck has a problem with the engine sml burning!!!!

      image Drove a 16 foot truck from Temecula to Austin, Texas. The truck was good except that it pulled to the right really bad. Wish they had fixed it before we started our 1300 mile journey. Penske is the best of moving trucks rentals though. Would use them again.
