        DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD HERE! I am livid. I went into this store on September to pay my balance in full. Then left the store. November I receive a bill in the mail saying I owe $40 and I was completely confused. So I can the credit card company, and they let me know it’s late fees ( even though the lady at NY&company) said I paid my balance in full.. anyway they say I can dispute and then emailed me, never told me I should just pay the balance and then dispute it, so now it’s in collections. Over a small balance due to negligence on there part. Apparently, they store doesn’t have access to actually balance updated, yet you pay your balance in store which make no sense at all. I’m furious, my credit score has now been impacted 77 points of negligence.
