I wish there was a negative star option - - 5 stars. I was flying out to surprise my Mother on her 70th birthday. My husband could not make the trip and we ordered flowers for her to be delivered before I arrived. The receipt online stated delivery before 7PM. When I arrived there were no flowers. I had received no communication from shop. I called and a lady answered "hello". I began to inquire - she interrupted me laughed and stated she knew who I was and that they had had a power outage "what could she do?" Insert another chuckle. I didn't see the humor and asked why she didn't email or call. She repeated the last statement and assured me I would receive the following morning 1st delivery! This makes zero sense but I was at her mercy. I received floral arrangement at 1:30 PM - hardly first delivery. Clearly this woman and her shop do not understand the term sense of urgency or customer service. The arrangement received was horrific. I paid for lilies, roses, etc. I received no lilies, two brown roses and a lot of random things i didn't order and in lieu of the missing floral she (literally) stuck 3 stocks of outdoor orchids in the middle of bouquet. I wish I had picture... I'm certain my husband could have created a better bouquet. I think I would have forgiven much if the woman had demonstrated some regard and remorse and maybe tried to make up for the error instead of lying and sweeping it all under the rug. DO NOT order here - she is horrible! "
