If I could give zero stars I would, Rudy not only doesn’t care about his customers he goes beyond by avoiding any communication, text, calls, showing up to his business in person all to no avail. Do yourself a favor and find ANYBODY else. With so many professional and customer caring companies in the Desert it would be literally impossible to find anyone worse than Rudy Elias. Shame that he is running his Dad’s business into the ground like this. Stay away at all costs.

Terrible customer service!!! Never return my calls. Purchase all new batteries from Rudy 5 months ago and 2 of them are not working call several times he doesn’t care!! Avoid this place!!

Wow Wow Wow. BEWARE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Whatever you do do not use this company/person! Unreal. I had an appointment set with this person/company between a specific one hour window. I made sure to confirm my appointment earlier that morning because in my correspondences with him leading up to the appointment I could tell that this person was highly unreliable. I finally got through to him and he confirmed our appointment for later that afternoon. I drove to the bank to take out the money he was going to charge me for his services and drove back to my house to wait. Well I waited and waited and waited some more during that one hour window and the company/person never showed. At the very end of that one hour window I called him twice and texted him twice and nothing. He did not pick up the phone and no response whatsoever. I waited at my home for another 45 minutes and still no response from him. Nothing. I wasted my entire day running around to the bank and waiting for him. This person did not even have the common courtesy or decency or manhood to pick up the phone and call me or answer. Its been two days and I still have not heard a peep from this person. In my 43 years on earth I've never seen or heard of anything like this. BEWARE. DO NOT USE!! Service: Tyres

AVOID ELIAS....Bought a golf cart several weeks ago. It was missing a part and the charger didn't work. It made a terrible noise so I had him pick it up. This was several weeks ago. He won't return my calls or texts. During this whole process he has been dreadful at follow up. Thankfully I only gave a portion of the total due. I left a message to ask for my money back and he can keep the cart. I'm afraid I'm going to have to show up in person to get that back.
