I had water flooding throught the ceiling from the condo above me. Alejandro led the team that cleaned up and replaced my ceiling. He did an amazing job of explaining what the process would entail and when to expect it to be completed. Alejandro communicated well, was prompt to appointments, and the team did excellent work.

Got a response to a request for quote for steam cleaning porcelain tile floors within an hour or so, and locked down a visit for an estimate. I had two other quotes. One high after a site visit and the other ridiculously low without a promise that estimate would be solid since they don't do visits for estimates.
Distinctive Restoration was right in the middle of the two and they could promise no surprises. They showed up on time and the difference in what my tile looked like and what it looks like now....literally night and day. They even came back to take care of something that wasn't noticed before they left. Nice guys, good work, reasonable prices. Service: Flooring

Kenneth came out to our property to perform a free inspection for mold we discovered in out bathroom. Kenneth was honest with his findings and discussed multiple avenues of how to take care of the damages and even explained how they occurred per his experience in the industry.
