If you love your elderly friend or family member please don't use Senior Helpers in the Palm Springs area. Long and sad story short here but basically lots of physical abuse and financial exploitation that should have been reported. My mother had/has a long term health care policy that paid these people a ton of money every month. They ignored a lot of red flags with regard to her care so as to milk their guaranteed monthly golden egg.
I was told to be careful with in house care but I'm 1,500 miles away and needed immediate help when the need arose with my mother. I made a mistake choosing Senior Helpers and that caused a lot of grief and distress for both my mother and for me. My mother is now in an assisted living facility and very happy.
