Careful with this companys deceitful practices. I called The general A/C and plumbing services and scheduled an appointment. I specifically told them it was to do flushing maintenance on a tankless water heater. The rep asked me questions about how many gallons it was, model, etc. I asked how much the service would cost and rep said $79.00. Thanks to their incompetence, they sent out the wrong tech (AC tech instead of sending a plumber). We told the AC tech we scheduled a water heater service not AC so he left. Hours later, a plumber came and wanted to charge $279 for the service. We told him that was not the agreed upon price when I scheduled the appointment. Plumber said it would cost $79.00 for them just to come out. Its amazing how deceitful the rep was by telling me it was going to cost 79.00 when in reality he knew it would be $279. Theyre purposely omitting information to hook the customer on an appointment and slap the customer with the real price later. SHAMEFUL

ON ANOTHER NOTE, MY WIFE JUST CALLED THE COMPANY TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE MANAGER. THE MANAGER APOLOGIZED ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY AND WILL TALK TO THE REPS INVOLVED. GOOD THING ALL PHONE CONVERSATIONS ARE RECORDED SO THE MANAGER WILL GO BACK TO THE RECORDING. MANAGER SAID THEY ACTUALLY HAVE A CURRENT PROMOTION GOING ON AND THEYLL DO THE SERVICE FOR $49.00. IM LEAVING THIS UPDATED REVIEW IN ALL FAIRNESS TO THEM SINCE THE MANAGER DID EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM.

Have a maintenance contract BUT have had to call in between for emergencies.
Prompt, very nice phone personnel.
Service people's names are given so you know who is coming and they call.
Always have shown up in the time scheduled. Review is for the tech and his great attitude and workmanship under late hour and not ideal weather conditions. Company would get 1 star for lack of notifying me of the techs very delayed schedule. Price of the work was also a bit high.
