I was very disappointed at first because I ended up with a truck when the entire point was to have the Cargo Van and I was not notified prior to picking it up & I had gone through a lot of trouble to go pick it up. Despite having a Uhaul right next door, I went with Penske and payed for a ride over there. It seemed things went wrong from the moment i arrived and the vehicle we discussed was no longer available. I was very upset at the way the location and corporate initially responded, but after speaking with Joe from corporate I’m beyond impressed at his dedication to keeping customers satisfied. He responded quickly to my initial complaint & he answered the phone when I called and was extremely gracious. At a time when my world is falling apart with my moms illness I’d like to tell Joe thank you from the bottom of my heart for listening to me and coming to a fair resolution. THANK YOU, I won’t forget this and will recommend your company in gratitude for your prompt assistance.
