Kristina has been very helpful with my insurance at State Farm. She is always professional, friendly and helpful especially if you need clarification in Russian language. Every process with Kristina is smooth and stress-free. Also, I chose this insurance company because they offered competitive rates for the coverage and found me a plan that fits my budget, very grateful for that as well
