We just completed two back to back real estate transactions with Simon Mills Realty - a sale - that literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars in commission over going to an old fashioned realtor - and then a purchase - with a nice rebate on top! We cannot begin to say enough good things about Mills Realty - it was an exceptional experience working with Simon from the very beginning, all the way through the process. We are very experienced clients and have purchased and sold multiple properties in several states over many years - of all the realtors weve worked with, Simon would rate at the top. Hes very sharp and patient, and would be great even for first time buyers and sellers. Hes extremely knowledgable, communicative, responsive, efficient and a fantastic negotiator. The amount of savings is amazing and the service was extraordinary. We highly recommend him to everyone - family, and friends - and will 100% engage him again in the future. 10 stars rating!

Mills Realty and working with Simon is a great value. Simon is always available, extremely responsive and does well in guiding you through the process and providing input  without being pushy. I highly recommend Simon for all your realty needs but especially so for those who want to be more significantly involved in the "business" of selling their home and are looking to save thousands on their bottom line.

Very happy with the service and responsiveness that Simon brought to our deal - not to mention the fact that he saved us $7,000.  Simon was much more accessible than local agents we have dealt with in the past and he answered questions after hours and on weekends!  Imagine that, a guy in sales that actually hustles!!  I can say so, because I've been in professional sales for the last 25 years!  Highly recommend Simon to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to call on him for my next real estate deal.  Thank you Simon for exceeding our expectations!

Simon Mills was a huge help! Finding a home was not an easy job, but Simon made it stress-free. He was so reassuring, remained very positive and provided sound advice throughout the process. We searched for about 5 months, seeing numerous houses. As a first-time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect, the good/bad, the pros/cons, etc., and Simon was always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what he knew about me and my husband. Simon was honest, realistic and very professional. I truly appreciated his input and relied on it. During the entire process, he was always extremely responsive and very patient even if I asked the same question five different ways. I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Simon Mills! I will be eternally grateful to him because he helped us find our home and made the process a wonderful experience.
