What is there to say. The VIP tour was fantastic. We booked for an 11:15 am tour. Valet parking was included which was easy and went great. The walk to the park and security was about 10-15 minutes then to the VIP clubhouse. They have water, breakfast snacks, juices. I would suggest making sure your at the VIP clubhouse 30 minutes before your tour to relax, enjoy the amenities, and freshen up before the tour. Its a full 6 hour day with your guide. Our guide was Mark P. The tell tale sign was that everyone in the park acknowledged Mark and said we were lucky to have him. We were. Mark was personable, knowledgeable of the Universal lot and history, and really kept our group involved & entertained the entire day. So thank you Mark. We did the rides in the lower part of the complex first. VIP allowed our group to go express to the front of the line on rides that had 45-120 minute waits. We had the opportunity to do all rides that were open that day. Our group had reserved seating at the Water World show. I have to be honest would not have thought about going but it was amazing. Great show. Well done. At 2pm, were taken to a VIP buffet lunch. Food was very good with too many options to mention. The restaurant had option to sit inside or out. Was clean, well maintained, and a friendly and courteous staff. Thank you.But now lets get to the important part. The best part of the park. The actual studio tram tour. We started at 3pm and we were off. Sound stages, offices, sets, some ride elements, and to boot you were able to get off the tram and walk the lot to the Back to the Future square, the NY city streets, The War of the World set and the western set(Once Upon a Time in Hollywood). Unbelievable. So much fun whether you enjoy movies or not. Our guide Mark was so knowledgeable on all of it. So much to see. Remember VIP's get off the tram and walk these lots. Such a memorable experience our family will never forget. To my fellow VIP's just a reminder, your tour guide is spending the entire day with you. Be generous if you're able at the end of the day as a thank you.

If you can afford it, the VIP Experience is the best way to do Universal Studios. From the Lounge, to the expedited rides, to the behind the scenes tour of the movie sets, to the upscale snacks and lunch, every detail is structured to give a personalized Universal Studios experience. Two things surprised me. First, the parking included was okay but if you don't want to valet park your car, you have to cut a deal with the parking guys. Had to spend an additional $20 for Front Gate parking. Second, pictures taken by Universal autocameras during the rides were not included in the price of admission. Small annoyances that didn't diminish our overall enjoyment of the day.

Great time with family of 4. Excellent breakfast to start your day in the clubhouse and got to get through all the rides/attractions multiple times with our guide. Also great lunch included. Lauren at check-in/clubhouse is the best.
