While I wouldn’t say that I’m well-versed with the art of repairing home appliances, even I knew that there was something wrong with the washing machine. My husband insisted that we not call, as it was still working, but with the grinding sounds it was making, who knows how long that would last. Fortunately, he listened to reason, and we called this company to help us out. Their response was prompt and professional, and I appreciate the assistance.
