Zero star review! This is the second time I’ve been to this dental office. Last time there was an hour and a half wait to get into the back treatment area then another 40 min to see a hygienist. That was a year ago in the peak of Covid so it was understandable. Today my appointment for a cleaning and exam was at 11am. Upon arrival I asked approximately how long the wait would be. The lady said an hour and they would call my cell phone when it was my turn. After an hour and a half at 12:30 I went to check again and was told another 10 min or so. At 1:05 I was finally brought to the treatment area. Last visit I had X-rays however I explained that I did not want to have X-rays this visit but just the cleaning and exam. The hygienist continued arguing with me telling me I had to have X-rays to have a cleaning. After another 15 min so now it was 2 hours and 20 min after my scheduled appointment, they refused to provide me with a cleaning claiming it was “against the law to clean my teeth without X-rays”. Which is a blatant lie! I left with no services provided and will never go there again.
