The sheer level of incompetence we faced at every step was astounding. Emails had to be sent multiple times to get a response. Things were late. Even my check was sent to the wrong address. I'm also laughing at the owners response to a previous reviewer. "We think we are doing a pretty good job." I'd beg to differ.
