Every five star review is completely correct. Tele and her team are absolutely amazing, caring, kind and compassionate people. I truly believe they were heaven sent to care for my mother during her last weeks before she passed. I only wish I had found them sooner. I can't say "amazing" enough. They truly are.

This agency definitely deserves 5 stars and I truly mean it from my heart! I am working as a caregiver for Quality In-Home Care LLC, Tele is the BEST. She has the package of a high professional employer. She's honest, trustworthy ,a very compassionate and religious person and excellent in working with her caregivers. She really takes good care of us caregivers and ensure that us caregivers get the best we deserve to earn as an employee. I love the positive relationship that I have with my Boss. May God continue to bless Tele and her caregivers so we could glorify His Name in serving our clients with our BEST.

This is beyond amazing home care! It is scary when you realize that your parents need caregivers. I had no idea how to go about this so I asked friends and they referred me to Tele. When Tele came to assess my mother's needs, mom was in a hospital bed in diapers. We struggled with the insurance company to get a home health nurse and physical therapy. Tele instantly went into action caring for my mom, tending to bedsores , exercising her and getting her up and walking again with her walker and using the toilet, even feeding herself! We never thought this would happen. My mom had pretty much given up and Tele and her compassionate staff gave her a purpose to want to live again. This staff is professional and so caring. We thank God that we are so fortunate to have such amazing people caring for our parents.
