My new Kohler drain was not working and Kohler contracted with Randy to fix it. He sent out Richard who discovered a design defect in the drain - the linkage was not long enough for my tub even though it was the drain Kohler recommended. Richard drilled an extra hole in the bottom of the linkage and adjusted the drain so it now works. Very happy with Kohler's product support and with Randy's Plumbing. The ONLY thing I can "complain" about, besides the design flaw of the drain, is that Randy didn't let me know when he was sending out Richard and I was not expecting him when he arrived. Thank you Randy, Richard and Kohler.

Randy Brigden is the best plumber anyone could ask for. EVER!
He calls back right away, he’s fair and honest! And the work speaks for itself. He even came by on a holiday when my pipes clogged up before a dinner party I was hosting and fixed it right up! He has the most pleasant demeanor and doesn’t push. He won’t ask for more than is truly necessary. He is the only plumber I would ever call!!
