Called them to inquire and also stopped in the office. People are either rude or are moving so slow they looked stoned. Company doesn't seem to have one competent employee. The website is a joke. The owner is an eccentric piece of trash who travels a lot- hopefully she gets into a plane crash so someone competent can run her assets. I thought Asian people were supposed to be smart? That stereotype certainly doesn't apply here at Ming Management. PS - No property manager in building? Have been documenting this for months. Making formal complaint with appropriate agency today- follow the law and stop being cheap.

I am looking for a property management company and called to interview them. The woman who answered the phone was extremely unfriendly. It was really odd. Obviously they don't want more clients. I said my name, asked her name, she got all suspicious asking why I wanted to know her name. I said I just want to be friendly. She repeated, "oh, you are friendly" and hung up on me. What strange business behavior!
