Stay Away! Wife and I both had our health assessment done. Our insurance pays that at 100%. We were both billed $40 I explained that I was there for my wellness visit which is paid for 100%. Told them that’s why I had my assessment sheet with me that you turned in. Understand they said Two months later I get a bill from Advent Health for that visit. I called and the person said “I see,it’s been missed billed” I thought it was taken care of. Never received another bill. Last week I got a letter from a collection agency for that visit. I do not have a credit issue. I have lived debt free for the past 25 years! Spoke with 4people that day I was told “can’t help you “ I then went to the drs office to speak with the office mgr. She said she would have to speak with the dr. Three days later I call back. Was told even though I had my health assessment sheet and told them I was there for my wellness visit the dr would not change the billing because her notes said we talked about my shoulder. She NEVER treated me nor made a referral for my shoulder. I was asked “how are you feeling and I must have mentioned my shoulder was sore. Same thing with my wife’s visit as she said she had a issue with her knee. Again no treatment or referral just answering the question. My wife works for our insurance company. She looked up the cost estimate for our visits. It say $183 and paid for 100%. Our insurance was charged $508 for each one of us. I filed a complaint with our insurance company. I paid the $40 even though I don’t owe it. NEVER AGAIN! Stay away

Refused to see my husband when he was late for his appointment and he was late because the office changed locations and did not notify him (I have all emails and text messaging and none showed a change of address.). He stayed there for hours, even saw the doctor standing around when he went back to use the restroom while the entire waiting room was empty! They were not kind, no empathy shown, simply did not care about his situation. He was there to be seen for a medical clearance for surgery the next week and they simply didn't care to work him into their relaxed schedule. Not the care we would like from our primary care doctor so, we will be looking for a doctor with more personal concern. I tried to give zero stars but that was not an option.

Calling for days no call back no answer the Dr was an amazing lady I don't know what happened her staff is now lazy they are on there cell phones all day violating hipa laws risking other people's information and give referrals that are no good and don't care I will never go to her again with my child

Dr. hornstein is a great doctor! She listens and really comes up with a plan to resolve issues. Our family trusts her as our doctor.
