New location in Torrance.. corner of Crenshaw and El Dorado just south of Torrance Blvd. Super easy access with parkinglot. Florence Mak owner provided me with quick notary services very well versed with the paperwork, very efficient and professional. Really great to support a family owned business with Jonathan Mak her son making a duel strong team. I will recomend and looking forward in hiring them to manage my rentals.

When we selected a rental house, Jonathan and Florence were representing landlord’s agency. We were a little worried as the house we decided to rent was built in 1960s and chances were there could be hidden maintenance issues. We knew that some agencies take long wait times for issues to be fixed... January 2020 update: In brief, during the first few months of our lease at 7028 Maycroft Drive, RPV, issues were indeed taken care in a timely manner. However later, there were way too many plumbing issues with the old house and the plumber was waiting for too long for landlord's approvals, leaving a wall cut open until first family of rats came through the open wall and left rats pellets and damage in the kitchen. We thought it is a coinsidence, but unfortunately it was not. Last year we had water escaping the old pipe in the wall through the kitchen floor for two weeks, nobody responded to the maintenance request until we filed a new request. Later the same plumber left the outside wall open for several days and this time a large family of mice decided to make our rental house a permanent home. After the plumber finally came to close the outside wall, it took a pest control company 4 weeks to exterminate all of the mice. We shared the house with uninvited mice running around freely, eating our food, jumping into our beds, living inside sofas, crunching through kitchen drawers. We lost a lot of belongings to the mice damage, including furniture and things like electrical cords of the vacuum cleaner. We felt we should have moved out to a hotel, while we patiently coordinated with the exterminator. When time came to move to a new job, after we moved out, Florence deducted $470+ from our deposit for replacing two decades old worn blinds despite those being marked as damaged in the move in checklist. Even pictures made during the move in inspection with clear evidence of the blinds originally damaged didn't help. Florence ignored the facts and the law and threatened that if we go to court to reclaim $470+, she will try to claim some other bogus damage which sounded like wear and tear.
