She is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way so I was not stressed at all. My home sold in about 30 days for an excellent price. If I ever have any real estate needs in the future, she will get the call.

I have never worked with an real estate agent that showed so much care and concern for their clients as Ms. Brown does. Her knowledge and experience and continued education in the industry exceeds most agents out there. She is not an agent that is only looking to make a large profit off the sale. She really make sure that the deal is made in the very best interest of her client no matter the cost.

I needed to do a refinance with my father on our family home. I was denied last year and was disappointed that I would be denied again even after working on my credit. It was important to me to be able to own my family home and keep it in the family. I told Joann my concerns and she worked her magic. Joann looked around and made sure she put me in touch with the exact person that would be able to help me and my father refinance our house together. She put me in touch with the greatest group of ladies and now I’m the proud owner of my childhood home. If it wasn’t for Joann and her dedication to her clients I would have never been able to accomplish this dream.

When you hear the quote “Your Real Estate Agent for Life” you better believe every word of it because it’s amazingly true when it comes to Joanne Brown. I have owned a few homes in my adult years and I met Joanne Brown in a kind of rough time in my life, I was going through a separation so I was sleeping on the room with my children in the bottom bunk with my youngest child and I was so miserable and depressed. Joanne came to me as a referral from someone in Texas. When I met Joanne her smile and positive energy brighten my day immediately and her honestly and the way she took time to explain things not only supported my trust but gave me more of a drive to reach for my dreams. I was a single mother of two young men ages 6 and 13 separated and out on my own, trying to find a place to call home for me and my boys. Joanne was there for me high and low, answered all of my calls, texts, emails, and not to mention those late night messages when I came across some property while browsing because I couldn’t sleep. All of a sudden I would get a message back saying “when would you like to see it”. If I asked about it she would take me to see it, and we have SEEN IT ALL... The real bad and the good of goods (but that’s a whole different story) so I know I can be a hand full, I would apologize to Joanne for pressing so hard and she would always answer back “I’m here for your service to help make things easier, I work for you”. 10 years ago With her hard work, loyalty, and guidance I bought a beautiful 3br 2ba, 2000sq home with a basement on an 8000sq lot in Los Angeles where my equity has grown and almost tripled, but I’m not finished here. Throughout the years Joanne and I have stayed in touch because I’m always looking for my dream home and inquiring about investment and rental property. I have been turned down a lot but I’m not the type of person to take No easily. I ran into a lot of brick walls, Joanne and I ran into walls and road blocks together and this woman never gave up on me. In 2020 Joanne handed me my keys to my first multi-unit (5units) investment property. This is is called generational wealth property in Los Angeles again where my equity will continue to double and my boys who are now becoming adults will always have a place to stay if needed. I bet you thought that was the end of the story, not quite yet. Remember the quote “Joanne Brown, Your Real Estate Agent for Life” ? This quote is so amazingly true that I just closed escrow again yesterday with my Real Estate Agent for life and because she believed in me, I am the proud owner of my FIRST 3400sq 6br 3ba dream home. I want to say this is beyond my dreams but I am a big dreamer and I know all I needed was faith but I had much more, I had someone who believed in me and stuck in there with me until even now because this is just the beginning of a beautiful Real Estate Client Relationship. Did I forget to mention that I am a SINGLE middle aged woman of color and mother of 2 young A/A men. I was once homeless climbing through the windows of abandoned buildings to for a safe nights sleep and YOU... Joanne Brown has helped to change my life and I will never be able to thank you enough.

Ms. Joanne Brown was a great realtor. Selling our home in California was not an easy process for us because we live in Atlanta GA; but she really exhibited a caring concern and attitude. Ms. Brown was very professional, knowledgeable, straightforward forward, and easy to work with. She was always available for appointments pertaining to the property and made us feel comfortable whenever we had questions. We truly appreciate all the hard work and assistance Ms. Brown provided. It was a pleasure working with her.
