We needed to sell a home in Torrance and live out of state, if fact, "We" are three siblings who inherited the house. It was bittersweet to have to sell but Frank did an amazing job of understanding our situation, working with us, the property managment company and the tennants and got the house listed, held an open house, got several offers. Amazing team, made the whole process of buying my first home easy and stress free. They took care of everything and all I had to do was look at houses and a few e signatures. Working with the Frank Kenny Real Estate Team was an amazing experience. Not only was Frank extremely knowledgeable and professional he was very patient with us along the way. These days buying a new home is extremely crazy and due to Franks expertise in the market and his hard work we were able to get our dream home.
