The staff here are very courteous. BUT I'm not too happy about some recent dental work that I had performed here. My procedure included having a tooth extracted by Dr. Park (really nice guy by the way) and I was given a brief consultation about my future options. I opted for a "flipper" (small out of pocket expense) until I could get the nerve to get something more permanent. The "FLIPPER" was/ & still is the most hideous thing ever. I've had other partials made before and they looked totally professional-NOT THIS ONE. This particular "piece of junk" cost $350 and looked like a kid made it in an art class. So I voiced my complaint to the owner Esther Lee and she stated that she would send it back to get something more presentable. After about a week, I was called back to the office and the "hideous tooth" still looked the same...ugly wire, small porcelain and amateur in appearance. Before she delivered it, she drilled on it for about 5 minutes, that should have been a dead give-a-way to up and run but I stayed put in the chair!
I didn't complain this time, I just took it and kindly requested my records to go somewhere else. I don't mind paying a decent amount for a flipper, as I plan to do in the near future. But I'm a little uneasy as to why I felt like I was given a really bad looking partial so that I would quickly pay for a more costly procedure. I cross paths with a lot of the patients that go here (because of my profession) and I don't hesitate to share my experience.
