Ive been dealing with Triad for at least 10 years if not more. They have always done an excellent job finding tenant. I manage the properties myself. They screen tenants and they only charge 1/2 first months rent.
I would highly recommend.

Avoid At All Cost! You will not get your deposit back no matter what. They are crooks. Charged me for things like Dusty window ceils $200 . Place was not good when I moved in and I left it immaculate.

I love how down to earth Triad Realtors are you would think they would be turning their heads away if you're not made of money or not buying house but this is not true very friendly and helpful thank you Triad one of the many places that are Community has had for years
