        Very helpful and answered important questions, on the phone. I had to cancel my service because the facility was not secured and no one is watching the units. KO needs to have someone on site to avoid theft. I found this out after I paid for unit and went to look at where my stuff would be stored.

        Too expensive and cockroaches! Management is rude and lazy. It's always dirty. People break in and steak stuff

        Great experience! Clean, safe storage that I was able to set up totally over the phone. I highly recommend this place. Best of all, the customer service was always great. I am not an online guy, so I call to speak to a real person and I never waited on hold for more than a minute or so. Thank you KO Storage!
