I loved the place but I've been growing really short hair out for 6 months and said I want to grow it out and unfortunately they cut all of it off, very cute however not what I wanted ! Now I have to start all over...😪

I have been having my hair styled and colored by owner and master colorist Michael Beck for over 25 years. Never have I had a bad cut or color OR something I could not replicate when I got home. Those of you who claim to have had a bad experience at Entourage did the shop but mostly yourselves a disservice if you, number one, did not speak up before you left. Two, did not return to the owner to give him and yourselves the opportunity to correct what you are unhappy about and three, you missed the opportunity to allow the hairdresser to learn from the experience and thus improve their craft. As it is, your negative actions are a lose/lose experience for everyone and you come off as whiney and jmmature. Please take care of yourselves and call if you are dissatisfied or praise when you love your experience. Me? My hair always looks good. People stop me everywhere just to tell me so. So, cheers Owner Michael Beck. You've always made me look good...even when I was going through chemotherapy and my already thin hair was falling out in clumps. Your skills are commendable, and from what I've seen, your choice in personnel, from your outstanding assistant Emily to those fellow hairdressers who work there, is unparalleled.
