I recently had a 4hr.procedure done with Dr. sepi and asst. Mina, and was kept very comfortable through the whole process. I enjoy having my teeth cleaned by Heidee and the appointment and billing ladies are awesome also. Thank you

Staff is very polite and thorough with cleaning, instructions and educating, procedures, etc. Excellent staff!! I highly recommend them!!! Dr. Sean is wonderful and awesome!! He is very gentle and patient!!

Again, I needed to go to my dentist appt. Don't enjoy the thought. It was just for a regular dental cleaning. I was totally relaxed. Heidi took her time and explained the importance of having a regular routine to care for my teeth properly. It's up to me to follow those reminders. Those who care for our teeth have a lot of experience and knowledge.

I became a Plaza Dental Care patient several months ago. I was in severe pain and unable to crew food. I was seen the day I called into the office by Dr. Sepi. She immediately diagnosed my problem(s) and referred me to Dr. Elder at Vallejo Oral Surgery for extraction surgery. The staff worked very hard to find me the first available appointment, and three days (and extractions) later I was feeling better. Dr. Sepi's follow-up recommended six more extractions due to gum disease, a crown placement and tooth and gum cleanings. To date, I have completed all the recommended treatments. I have never had a bad experience during any one of my numerous appointments. Both Dr. Sepi and Dr. Elder provided out outstanding care. Their staff's were friendly and professional, their offices clean and equipped with the latest in dental technology. Dr. Sepi was even able to create my new crown in her office using a Three D printer. There was little or no pain associated with any of my treatments. Some cost was covered by insurance. The remainder was at my personal expense, but even with the extensive treatment I received, I found it to reasonable and within my expectations. Saving my remaining teeth and implants are planned to next year. This will involve both Dr. Sepi, Dr. Elder, and their staffs in completing the plan. I am looking forward (something I have never said about a dentist visit) to getting the treatment competed. I will continued to trust my primary dental needs too Plaza Dental Care, Dr. Sepi, and her staff. Bob Burnham On Wednesday May 31, 2023, I was eating dinner when I felt my five tooth bridge shift slightly. This bridge was placed by another dentist several years ago. The next day, Thursday, June 1st I walked into Plaza Dental to inquire about an appointment to have the bridge checked. Without hesitation, the staff made room for me and Dr. Sepi saw me within about 10 minutes. Follow up treatment will be needed, but for now everything is ok with the bridge. I love this place and the staff. They continue to be everything I talked about in my earlier review and more. You can't ask for better facilities, treatment or staff than those provided by Plaza Dental. I still have several other procedures to complete in addition to the possible bridge work and I have no doubt the work done by Dr. Sepi and her staff will be successful and acompleted at a reasonable cost. Bob Burnham Had the bridge work done yesterday(7/29/23) by Dr Sean. It was a very involved procedure consisting of removing the existing five tooth bridge, replacing it with a temporary denture and placing a crown on another tooth to make it all work. It was scheduled as a two and half hour procedure that actually went four hours. That was because Dr. Sean is a extremely thorough dentist wanting everything to be just right and the patient not only happy with the service but excited by the service. He certainly achieved this goal with me. When the treatment was completed I was genuinely excited and happy with the results. As always, the staff was friendly and attentive and I feel like their becoming friends as well as service providers. The cost was reasonable and they worked with me to insure paying the bill was not an undue burden. The next steps are more implants which will be occuring over the next several months. For the first time in my life I look forward to visiting the dentist office. As usual, I highly recommend Plaza Dental and it's staff to anybody who is looking for a dental work. In my opinion the doctors and staff at Plaza Dental are exceptional. Bob Today we reached the end of a two year journey. My implants look and feel wonderful. I could not be happier with the services I received from my doctor's and office staff. They all have become friends and I now look forward to my continued relationship with Plaza Dental. As I have said in the past they are exceptional. If you require routine or extensive dental work with no judgement, just caring people, Plaza Dental is the place to go. Bob
