Vallejo Inn & Suites

I really like the Vallejo Inn. The rooms are nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Staff and Management are very nice.

I paid $208.58 via Hotels.com and even paid for the trip interrruption insurance. I have been unsuccessful in having Hotels.com refund my money despite the insurance I paid for. The painter I hired for 2 days to paint my new home tried to check in and noone was at the front desk. They refused to refund my money and said he tried to check in too late. Hotels should be 24 hours or they should not let you pre-book. If I can get them to refund my $208.58 for the purchase under the name Jason Cater for 2 nights that was never actually retreieved, on April 2, 2021, I will reverse my 1 star rating. Not cool to just take someone's money when the guest was not even able to check in. The credit card was charged under the name Ari H. Rothbaum. Please refund my money for 2 nights for a guest that you did not even allow to check in. Thanks.

Most run down hotel I have ever been to. No microwave or refrigerator in room toilet seat was broke. Also when I spoke to the manager on duty he basically told me it was a sleep only hotel for nightly guests I was booked to be there a week and was told no way to get a refrigerator for my medication that has to be refrigerated.
