Working with Cathy N. from Fox Realty was just meant to be. I almost didn’t call her because of a few bad reviews but I am so glad that I did. Cathy is easy to work with, knowledgeable and very professional. We listed our home for rent with her in the latter part of November and by January first we had great renters in our home. These people had worked with Cathy prior on a rental so she was able to give us fav reviews on they’re payment history. Made us feel good that these people came back to work with Cathy again. Repeat customers say it all..Thanks to Cathy we can rest assured that our property will be taken care of ...

This is absolutely the worse property Mangament company to use. They absolutely do nothing for you. I was the home owner if something breaks in the house they call and tell you to fix or find someone to fix it. There no help at all. Cathy was my property manager she missed some many things in the move out inspection it was a joke. I had to fix a lot of the stuff with money out of my own pocket and her response is oh well I can’t catch everything. But that is exactly what her job is to do. Her and Rhonda would always say the tenants rent was late when I would call 10- 12 days into the month looking for it. Which we found out later was a lie the tenants always paid early. They messed up my tax papers and when I notified them a couple times it was never fixed. There property management company is so bad I really thought about leaving my job to become a property manager myself so no one else would have to go through what I did. I highly recommend to never use them
