Bankers ANDY LUU and STEPHANIE TORRES and JAIME MESA and ALYSSA JOSKE are EXCELLENT at providing 10-Star Customer Service, and these 4 bank professionals are outstanding representatives for East-West Bank ! On Saturday February 17, 2024, ANDY LUU opened a new account for me at this East-West branch, and ANDY IS PERFECT on every measure of performance ! This East-West Bank is located inside the "99 Ranch Market" at 6450 Sepulveda Blvd, Van Nuys. I'm closing my multiple accounts at Wells Fargo Bank, and I was searching for a bank that is a much better option than Wells Fargo. I read the Google reviews for THIS PARTICULAR EAST-WEST BANK (at 6450 Sepulveda Blvd), and I was impressed because reviewers regularly identify and thank Alyssa Joske, Andy Luu, Stephanie Torres, and all the professionals at this branch. Then I met personally with Andy Luu on Saturday February 17, and I was impressed by Andy's expertise and his full knowledge and careful description of the "customer-first" principles of East-West Bank. I met with Andy on a busy Saturday afternoon, and I also observed Andy as he very carefully, expertly, quickly and courteously helped 2 other East-West customers in solving their complex bank transactions. After I read the great Google reviews, and after I observed Andy Luu's PERFECT performance in solving the complex bank transactions for 2 other bank customers, I knew that East-West Bank was the right choice for transferring my money from Wells Fargo. Andy Luu was meticulous, quick, technically skilled, and very courteous in opening my bank account. Throughout the process of opening my account, Andy fully answered and solved all my concerns and questions - - Andy is perfect ! Special thanks to STEPHANIE TORRES because when I called to make an appointment to open my account at this East-West branch, Stephanie was super-friendly and patient, and she carefully and accurately answered all my questions - - Stephanie Torres gave me great confidence in East-West Bank as she and I scheduled my account-opening meeting with Andy Luu. During my account-opening meeting with Andy, we were also assisted by JAIME MESA who is a highly alert, quick, and careful professional that I know I can rely on. Van Nuys has provided exceptional customer service. Alyssa Joske helped me opened my checking account and was very detailed in explaining all the information. Steph is very kind in helping me with my deposits and withdrawals. Andy is great too. Everyone is very helpful. I recommend good service.
