My husband and I had never embarked a remodeling project of any kind before so we were a bit nervous and cautious. We felt that the OWB experience was elegant from end to end. The first consultation with Ian was extremely helpful. He understood our needs and our way of decision making - he was a true professional and expert throughout the entire experience. Extremely responsive and creative when we needed his advice and guidance. He is also just a great guy! Then we met the crew when we started our project - Brandon, Junior, Brian and Hilario were TRUE professionals. What a crew! They showed up every day promptly at 7. They were polite, respectful and just wonderful in every way. I work from home and they were always proactive about excessive noise. They cleaned up after every day and kept things neat and tidy. They were super respectful and again, just a joy to have around. They truly made this project so enjoyable - even though let's be real, doing any work in your home is always tough! I truly value this company and their talent and would recommend them anytime. They are FANTASTIC and worth every penny we spent. We love our bathrooms and we our so happy we did this. Thank you so much OWB and esp our designer Ian and Brandon and his WONDERFUL Crew! I should also say the craftsmanship and bathrooms turned out BEAUTIFUL. We love them and could not be happier with the finished product.

I am not sure how it happened Friends... but thanks to Brian at ONE WEEK BATH and Elvin and team , both my husband and I had the best experience during 3 full bathroom renovations ( and an outstanding HomeMagazine worthy outcome )......!I know I know .. that is like saying " getting root canals are my all time favorite activity!" But we truly missed our ONE WEEK BATH Team when they finished their quality masterpieces ! Since I am working on 'brevity' I will try to sum this puppy up : From the friendly and professional voice on the other end of our first phone call to ONE WEEK BATH to the very last day when our truly dignified and kind caring ONE WEEK BATH supervisor (ELVIN Z ) did his final check and walk through.. we had every single person was wonderful trustworthy and kind caring .. INTEGRITY should be in the ONE WEEK BATHs name .. but unlike me, THEY are also great with brevity.. and they are far too humble to give themselves such credit ! Truly an Awesome group of people who seem to really believe in AND take pride in all that they do ! we are so thankful to have them work with us on our next room and projects and they bring in the material every texture and tone theme and color you could imagine so there is no leaving or racing or dreading .. they spend the time to have you work with them from your home...Lastly, we recommended ONE WEEK BATH to Friends and they too are grateful, they are loving their new rooms and renovations! the only down side is our master bath feels like a spa so it can be a wee bit of race as Family& Friends try to be the first to sink into that BLISS land! I have always had the challenge of balancing the cost of home improvement with the quality that I want in my home. I spoke with a few contractors and went through hours of research on materials, design, etc. to have my secondary bathroom remodeled. I spoke with Dave at OWB a few times; he was very patient and informative, and I finally made the decision to use them. I will say that OWB isn't the lowest priced but they were pretty much in line with other quotes I received. And I really couldn't wait out two to three weeks to have the job finished. It was wonderful to have Dave and Kiera, the designer, sit with me for basically as long as it took to pick out and coordinate EVERYTHING. I wanted to have my 20 year old builder standard bathroom updated and made more accessible for my brother who has mobility issues. Brian K., the supervisor, was so nice to work with and he gave me some terrific feed back and some good suggestions for helping to turn my shower/tub combo into a walk in shower. Brian stepped up when an issue occured concerning the size of the shower and placement of the toilet, and dealt with it in a most professional, responsible and considerate manner. I was also very pleased with the crew, Steve, Sep and Danny; their craftsmanship was outstanding and Steve's feedback and communication during the process was very helpful. I love my new bathroom and would highly recommend OWB.
