I rented 2 bikes for 24h for 85$ USD and I had until 11h30 am the next day to give the bikes back. When I returned the bikes, they had charged me around 850$ USD on my credit card for "stolen bikes". It was a mistake and they did refund me, but since I'm Canadian, I got charged 1118$ CAD on my credit card and got a refund 1 week later of 1063$ CAD on my card. So I lost 55$ CAD due to the exchange rate. So I basically lost 55$ for absolutely no reason and got no compensation whatsoever.
