Mr Shepard is a genius ebike craftsman. He upgraded my ebike & it is awesome. Mr Shepard listens to his clients & does his Magic. Thank you so much for my newly created ebike. I am loving the bike rides to Ojai. Bernie R Great customer service & very knowledgeable. The owner took his time to answer all my questions. We need to support the mom & pop businesses like these. So if you need help with your ebike your in good hands.

Amazing price for all day rentals! Shepherd is a good guy, small business with personal service that can’t be beat! The American way. Shepherd even provided extra battery packs so that we could ride to Ojai and back.

Rented a few bikes with my family from Shepard, the owner. He was friendly and helpful. We had such a great time. He has great rates and great bikes for rent. I enjoyed it so much, I went back the next day for another 2 hour ride. Highly recommended.
