Boat Specialist in Ventura is the only place I go for my RIB and outboard needs. There are three reasons;. Excellent Customer Service; Product Knowledge and Kyle. Kyle knows how to take care of his customers. I have bought three outboards and two RIBS from Boat Specialist. It's a no brainer.

The name of game for online purchases is knowledgeable customer service. From Jenny Russell, who diligently followed up with me, to the technical team members who answered questions as though I mattered. I bought a Tohatsu Sail Pro outboard motor. It was packed and shipped ready to mount an sail. I gladly paid the shipping costs as the others couldn't match the service quality of this company. I recommend this great company to anyone looking to make a purchase.

After searching across the US for two Yamaha 9,9 High Thrust motors for my catamaran I called Boat Specialists expecting another curt "we have no Yamaha 9.9's". Instead I got a highly professional, helpful, and pleasant representative, Ms Jenny Russell. They had the motors (last two) and she work with me to put a hold on them, waiting for my installation folks to get with her for the details of all that would be needed. She kept me updated and provided me with quotes as we moved along and added things. Though live in Maryland and the motors will have to be shipped, I will do business with Boat Specialist again. Hopefully Boat Specialist have an award program because I will be first in line to endorse Ms Jenny Russel for the highest one they have. fx stenger a very happy customer.

Excellent customer service!! I ordered a Tohatsu outboard last minute and they had it ready in a couple hours as promised! Communication was great and O got an immediate response whenever I had questions. The motor runs great!! I would highly recommend the Boat Specialist.go see Jennifer!!
