Wenzell Sibal: Allstate Insurance

I was a very happy customer for 4 years, until recently that changed. Unfortunately, Allstate cancel my policy because of a form I didnt signed on time that excluded my son. There were three accidents on my account last year, two hit and runs and one was my sons fault. Because of that form, they cancel my policy. My Allstate agent tried to appeal their decision and fail three times. Now Im in a hardship trying to find insurance.

Honestly worst insurance Ive ever switched to after coming from State Farm. I had problems with payments that I take full accountability for so I got some fees added to my auto, once I was able to pay those off I was told I had to pay 400 in order to be up to balance and be good up until December. Paid the 400 and now here I am having to pay 200 dollars more because they didnt tell me I had a remainder on the policy after they had just assured me everything was covered until December. Honestly have thought so much about switching back because of all the hassle they put you through and this was really the last straw. Definitely 0/5 service. Hope they become more transparent for future costumers sake. Unfortunately theres holding periods for other insurances that go up to a month wait so here I am stuck paying 200 dollars because they told me misinformation.

Our experience has been seamless and worry free. As you likely know we were with our former agent for many years. So great that we were able to have a smooth transition and feel just as well cared for as we always did.
