SCHOOL Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Montrose

I went to this school cause they were offering free classes for three weeks. After i was questioned about my finances i was denied the free classes and i told the guy that i really wanted to learn BBJ and get in shape and better my health. He then tells me go jogging BBJ is not for people like you. People like me . This guy is a Mc Dojo. The free classes are a con they just want to see if you have enough money to fleece out of you.

I started the challenge here October 2018 and have been a member since. I’ve never done anything like this before so I was not sure how I was going to do. I take the morning kick boxing classes because I go into work right after. Coach Danny and coach Kenny are great, even at 5/6 AM! Lol. They are super patient for someone who has never done any martial arts. The works outs will definitely make you break a sweat but are extremely fun. I was never able to stay consistent with a regular gym because it was so boring but the great thing about these kick boxing classes is it’s always different. For me, something I always look for in a gym is the culture. I’ve been able to get close with some of the coaches and other members and it’s been great. We are all working towards one goal and keep each other in check!

I'm excited to continue my jiu jitsu training at School BJJ. The instructors are very knowledgeable, attentive and welcoming. This sport has provide me great health, strength and confidence. I'm happy to be back with my teammates that have help shape my jiu jitsu journey into a fulfilling experience. If you're looking for a place to train with great training partners and instructors this is "the place".

Garrett is an incredible instructor. He has the ability to draw out the potential for experienced fighters as we'll as those who are first timers. There is a strong sense of comradery among those that participate which allow for great learning and fun.
