        Park is dirty. No bathrooms showers or laundry rm well they have them just decided to board them up...they drained the pool because they don't want to use it. The water smells and is not good (county sent a notice to everyone) . Lots of cats everywhere and use the park as a bathroom. They raised the rent and want to raise it again so they refused rent from people who already live here. Manager is nice and the maintenance guys are cool. The people who live here are Awesome ! The only reason it gets three stars is because I love my neighbors .. other then that if you can. Find a different place to spend your money I would !! ( And hey let me know if you find one lol)

        New Owners and a lot of changes but overall it is a family park lots of children playing throughout the park so if your planning to visit drive slow and caution to the Kid's Zone !
