Crunch Fitness - Vista

Visiting from out of state, came to this gym and the locker rooms made me gag, and the entire gym smelt disgusting and was clearly filthy. Cleanliness needs to be better. Other than that, it's a small and quiet gym and the staff was friendly.

This is a super friendly gym, all the staff have been helpful and friendly from the start of my membership to the end. I would mainly go at night so shout out to the night crew!!

I been a member of Crunch vista for about 3 months now. I have not yet have a bad experience. Its always clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend to friends and family.

I have been working out with Sean for personal training for awhile and he is the absolute BEST. It took awhile to get me into the gym but once I met Sean I am so impressed what he has done for me. He pushes me to hang in there even when I think I cant. I am having surgery in 2 weeks and working out with him 6 more times before. His dedication is unbelievable, he is my hero.

Started membership on 05/07/22, did it for a year, and wanted to cancel. When I called the store, they said only a manager can cancel a membership and get this, shes not available so you HAVE to email her... OK, I emailed the manager on 05/11/23. Aya told me my next billing date is 06/07/23 even when I told her my situation. I gave them my cell number but I NEVER RECIEVED ONE CALL. So I made my last payment and canceled my card since no one could help me. (Like any customer would do) Now I'm being served by Aldous & Associates for over $250 in late fees? I'd much rather pay for premium service like 24Hr Fitness than bottom of the barrel college student service at Crunch. Not to mention this place is always packed. Unless you have a trainer, have fun waiting 10 minutes for free weights or cables.
