Now its too rushed. They are just in and out. Listen to the patients and their concerns. Stop trying to underestimate them and shut them up. Sometimes we are concerned about our bodies and we need explanations not one word answers with an attitude. This clinic honestly doesn’t deserve not even one star.

They'll referr you to other providers without verifying if your insurance will cover you then you'll get a huge bill because their lack of verification. Too bad there's no zero star rating

We've been on the phone for days trying to make an appointment for my daughter. We tried the portal only to find out its a request for an appointment. The staff is perfectly fine, nice, friendly and helpful. But we have to call a call center to set an appointment only for them to disconnect the call while waiting.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It’s taken almost 3 weeks just to get an authorization for my sons medication, the doctors never get back to you. Dr. Lopez in Delano “forgot” to put in my other child’s prescription, and “forgot” to send in her referral to see an eye specialist. My child was complaining of back pain for a month & when we told Dr. Lopez he said “she’s too young to have back pain” & to just to keep an eye on it when we have for a month! They brush everything off when we have concerns. Horrible horrible customer service, worst experience ever with any doctors my children have ever seen. Every time we ask to get transferred to a manager, they always hang up. Omni is the reason why we are moving back to San Diego where they actually care and take care of our children’s needs! If I could put a complaint on all of Kern County & Omni I would!
