        It was my first Time at rue 21 and I loved it! I tough it was only black Friday deals but I went a little after and still great offers and clothing my only complain was the eye curlier it broke after 2 tries ): however it was only 1.99 so it didn't hurt as much. Plus you get a coupon for becoming a member!
