I don't know how anyone could do their job better than Jacky does hers. She presented me options for various scenarios that helped me budget my relocation and has been there steadily to answer questions ever since. I can't imagine many loan officers sticking by their clients as well as Jacky does. So glad my realtor Gillian Christie Ninan picked Jacky for my transaction. Hands down, Jacky is the best loan officer! She was always available to answer any questions. As first time home buyers, she made the process simple. Jacky has helped us at least 3 times in the past. We have always found her to be very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with.
