I have been happily taking my dry cleaning to Door to Door Valet Cleaners in West Hollywood for almost as long as their West Hollywood store has been open. I love their attention to detail. My clothes come back perfectly cleaned and hung on a quality hanger with tissue paper in all the right places. Interacting with Veronica is a pleasure. She is warm and friendly and makes sure the job gets done right. It's an all-around pleasant experience.

I was pleased with the cleaning but I wish that I was Informed by driver that my clothes were handing on my door outside of my apartment. My apartment is known for thief and I informed them of this and asked for them to call me immediately once they entered my building, which they didn’t. I did get my clothes but would have not known this if my roommate didn’t notice it on the door coming back from work. This was alarming! Services: Delivery, Alterations
