Was in town for work and reached out. Heard back from Lenny promptly and he was so accommodating despite my changing schedule. Loved the vibe in the class. He led a great warm up and seemed very knowledgeable. Will def come back when Im in town again. Thanks Lenny

When I joined this gym I was new to the area, and was happy to get a friendly come on in! From the owner Lenny. You can tell he is passionate about being a welcoming gym owner. What I love about this gym is that while you have some of the perks of a CrossFit *inspired* gym like challenging and fun WODs, there is none of the pretentious vibe that can sometimes be intimidating at an actual CrossFit gym, and the members range across the board in age and fitness level. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. There are options to do Bootcamp style workouts that will get you super sweaty, or 1:1 or small group training if you are looking to improve your lifting. Theyve also partnered with nutrition and PT partners to ensure your path to fitness is holistic.
