Amazing staff and services! Dr. Menukian is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. We drive all the way from the valley to Westchester to get our dental work done here, Dr. Menukian is amazing and his staff is super professional and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and make sure there is 0 pain or discomfort. Thank you for fixing our smiles and making us smile!!! 😊

I started my orthodontic treatment with EZ Dental in 2016. The cost for the life of my treatment was $3,500. Over the course of 2 years I paid the amount in full. While I'm still in treatment, after I'd paid for my services, I was told that there were no additional funds owed for the continued course of treatment. Every month, I went in my adjustments. After I completed the initial $3,500 for my treatment, I was not accessed any additional charges. Although I've been dissatisfied with the level of professionalism, the ever-rotating orthodontists, I was willing to overlook it in order to complete my treatment. I started to become increasingly annoyed by not having a consistent orthodontist guide my treatment. I believe that is part of the reason that my treatment is not completed. Today, I returned a call from Karina Cortina, someone that I've never met or had any contact with; represented she called from EZ Dental. She stated that I had an outstanding balance if over $2,700 for my treatment as it exceeded the 24-month mark. As previously stated, I began treatment in 2016. At no point did anyone communicate that additional funds were needed to continue my treatment beyond 24 months. Again, I am moving into my 5th year of treatment. Had this been communicated to me when I initially started my treatment, or at the 24th mark, I would have had a clear understanding of how we would proceed. What was communicated is that my braces and course of treatment would cost $3,500. There was never a time frame stated with regards to additional funds beyond that. This feels like a shake down. It is a completely unscrupulous why to conduct business. I'm further upset by this because a few years into my treatment another representative from EZ Dental that I'd never met or had any contact with called and stated that I owed funds that I did not owe and after disputing the charges, the representative stated that he'd made a mistake. I regret not severing my relationship with them then. I actually went to the office to request my records and billing information. As I entered the office, I walk in to hear another client complaining that they mispresented the about of time needed to complete her work. I communicated to Iris that I'd like to obtain my information and she called Karina, who stated that she'd email me the information. Hours later I received two forms. One was the request for the release of my dental records, including all billing, x-rays and any signed documents from me. The other form was to cancel my treatment. The form required a signature confirming that I'd spoken with the orthodontist and against his/her guidance I wanted to discontinue my treatment. I have not had the opportunity to speak with any orthodontist at the practice. I refused to sign that form. It was another reminder that that EZ Dental is not a reputable business, they are highly unprofessional, highly unorganized and unable to execute the stated work.

Please do not go to EZ Dental for any Invisalign or ortho dental work. My process was supposed to be complete in year max, but it's going into 2.5 years now because my trays have been delayed arriving by 3+ month on multiple occasions. I've seen 4 different specialist because they contract out their orthodontist, so you will not see the same person consistently. I'm currently still waiting to receive my last set of trays and it's been 3+ months since I've retaken my impressions. The past 3 times I've called for an update, they say they are going to call me back yet they never do. I've paid off this whole Invisalign off a long time ago and am concerned I'm being scammed at this point. Every experience I've had with this practice has been an extremely poor one. Please do not come here.

Big facility very nicely cleaned and everything seems to be freshly sterilized. The appointment was for my father an he is feeling great atm. He had major procedures done yesterday and is relaxing all of today. Samantha was very kind an helpful. DR. GARY an his assistant PEDRO did a great job.
