There is not one single time I have been dissatisfied on my visits to Montes Medical Group. The staff is great and courteous and Dr. Alex Trans is the best doctor I have ever had. Hard to find a good Doctor and I am so blessed to have found the best in my personal opinion"! Dr. Alex Trans" is awesome, caring and very attentive.

I have nothing but great things to say about this medical group. Especially during Covid having access to your medical staff was crucial for my peace. Telemedicine was a life saver! Also being able to reach your office via text,.through your website fantastic wonderful! Also when ever I called your offices I received a call back the same day within 24 hours. Dr Laura & Dr Tran have been awesome. Not to mention your BeWell service. Thank you for being such an efficient caring medical provider. .

This institution does not care about their patients. When calling in to see a doctor, you are given the run around because everything is a Covid-19 symptom to them. Their policies with regards to the pandemic seem out of date. My child who has been a patient since birth hasnt seen her own provider in almost 2 years. I have to call in with severe or almost life threatening symptoms for Montes Medical group to seem remotely interested in providing care to my child. I do not recommend this institution to anyone. As busy and stressful as they are, I would rather go to an Urgent Care than bring my child here again.
