I Highly Recommend 5 Star Garage Solutions for anyone that needs a repair. Alan was very polite on the initial phone call and took the time to explain things in detail. I know nothing about garage doors and Alan put me at ease with the process of what should be done. His visit was professional and courteous and I was pleased with his expertise and service. Allan and his company are deserving of 10 stars. First thing this morning I went to leave my house and heard a loud pop when I went to open my garage door- I looked up and realized part of my garage door had literally popped right out of the wall! I am a big fan of finding quality people and companies based on reviews so I did some research, called Allan and he picked up my call right away. He had a busy day scheduled already but he actually managed to come out to me between appointments (who does that?!?) when he realized I was going to be stuck at home. I called at 9:22am and my garage door was fixed and good as new by 11:00am. If that isn't 10 star service, I don't know what is! He was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly and the job cost WAY less than I was anticipating. He also gave us a heads up on when we would likely be looking at needing a replacement on our motor etc. I highly trust this owner and this company with all of our garage needs from here on out. Big thank you to Allan for saving the day!
