Had a deep cleaning today and two ladies came and did the job, they were friendly, professional, & did an amazing job! I am very happy with the cleaning and would recommend! Also, I got multiple local quotes and found this company to be the most affordable. Elia who schedules is very friendly as well! Everyone I have had contact with in this company has been great & I will use them again in the future! Service: Deep clean

I am so grateful for Elia and her crew of fabulous house cleaners!! As many have mentioned, Lidia stands out as a true professional; caring, and quality come with her service. Truly, all of the employees have been honest, caring, reliable, trustworthy, competent, and detail-oriented. So happy we found them for cleaning my grandmother's home when she could no longer manage that herself. We've referred them numerous times to neighbors and will continue to sing their praises happily!

I was excited to start utilizing a monthly cleaning service at my new house. MaidPro had great reviews, and they got back to me quickly. Michelle was the contact for scheduling arrival time windows and setting up service. She was easy to get ahold when we needed to communicate, but unfortunately thats where my positive remarks end. The first set of ladies arrived later than expected, but I was trying to be understanding as new customer who was fit into the schedule the next day after getting my initial quote. We ended up leaving the ladies to continue moving more loads into the house. When we came back, the ladies were gone so we dont know how long they were actually there, but they failed to properly dust many areas throughout the house including ceiling fans and base boards. Dead bugs and dust bunnies were still found, as well as visible swiping marks through dusty shelves, meaning a few passes were made but not actually cleaned. I was disappointed remarked about this when rating about the cleaning in the email sent after the service. I was offered a free reclean the next day and accepted. Again, the ladies did not show up during the expected time frame, and wad told they were rubbing late. At this point, I already had to wipe down the walls and remove cobwebs from the ceiling and clean the baseboards myself so my family could help us paint the house. By the time I was updated with a later arrival time, we had finished painting the house and I asked to reschedule so dust would not settle into the fresh paint. Michelle agreed to reschedule me for this week. So, at this point, the arrival window come and goes again so I call Michelle who cant find the person scheduled to clean my house. After some time, my husband asked me text Michelle to call everything off and cancel the service entirely so I did. Michelle was understanding, acknowledged MaidPro screwed up, and offered apologies on behalf of the company. I requested a 50% discount when I what I think we truly deserved was a full refund, but was ultimately that was not entertained at all. I was charged the full monthly fee of $322. I had interested friends and family members that wanted to know how the cleaning services went, but I have recommended they try another company. Services: Moving-related cleaning, Deep clean

Absolutely disappointed with Maid Pro. The original clean was not what I would expected for a deep cleaning. I had dirty floors, dirty light switches, dirty fans, dirty kitchen counters etc.. even though they advertise deep cleaning from top to bottom. Maid Pro did come back out and reclean for free which was better than the first cleaning as they specifically focused on my descriptive areas that I requested to be cleaned again. I wish I could say the second cleaning restored my faith in this company however there is still visible dirt on certain light switches and where the sliding back door is. The floors they said they cleaned several times and that I would need to have professionally cleaned, I decided to give it a shot mopping myself only to have dirt lift right off the floor displaying to me that they didnt even try. For the amount I paid to clean a empty, freshly painted house with a deep clean I am unfortunately not impressed. I would not recommend Maid Pro for cleaning services.
