An employee named Shelly called trying to make suggestions n wouldn't stop talking to listen to anything I had to say then slammed the phone down on the hook maybe non- Native Americans are treated better. ??? Then paid 200.00 for auger that didn't work... they must assume Native Americans don't have the money because our tribe helps us... Service: General repairs

Shelly, the owner screamed at me on the phone. She was mean and rude for no reason. We asked her plumbers to unclog the sink, they took a week to show up. Then didn't unclog the sink. She insisted I needed to replace my leech field without opening my septic. I asked her if I could make payments to empty the septic and she said no we have been going to your house for too many years! She told my tenants they could go against my contract with them because she's an expert. I went on Facebook to find another plumber and she attacked me personally on the local group. She is really out of control and angry for no reason.

This company is outstanding!. Had main water line to house break. Rick came by and tirelessly worked to get the water back on. Amazing people. Outstanding service. Thank you!

Plumbing broke my fence and would not repair it. Completely unprofessional. If you can find someone else to do plumbing go that route.
